The Muskoka Hockey Day Camps provide an exciting and engaging summer experience for young athletes looking to improve their hockey skills in a fun, supportive environment. Designed for players aged 9-13, these camps offer a balance of on-ice training, off-ice activities, recreational fun and often with the added inspiration of watching NHL pros train right next door. All of this, at the state-of-the-art Muskoka Lumber Community Centre in Bracebridge, Ont.

DAY CAMP U11-U14 Program Outline

Our fun day camps focus on skill development, teamwork, and confidence-building through a mix of structured hockey sessions and recreational activities. Players of all skill levels are welcome, and groups are divided by age and ability to ensure an inclusive and rewarding experience for everyone.

CAMP STRUCTURE

  • Dates: 4 weeks July 13-17, 27-31 & August 17-21, 24-28
  • Days: Monday to Friday
  • Time: 9:00AM – 3:00 PM
  • Location: Muskoka Lumber Community Centre, Bracebridge

Each day includes:

  • On-Ice Training: Focus on skill development, power skating, and game-play strategies.
  • Off-Ice & Recreational Fun: Fun strength and agility exercises, recreational sports, field games, hockey-themed games, and team-building challenges.

Daily Schedule

  • 9:00am Drop off at Muskoka Lumber Community Centre, Bracebridge
  • 9:00am  Outdoor Sports Activities | Basketball, Ball Hockey, Football, Ultimate Frisbee, Soccer, Leisure Sports, & Fieldhouse Indoor Games.
  • 11:00am Lunch (Bring your own lunch) Watch NHL Professional Practice 
  • 12:00pm 1.5 hrs On-Ice Training with Muskoka Hockey Coaches 
  • 2:30pm Snack (Provided by Muskoka Hockey)
  • 2:30pm Camp Wide Games
  • 3:15pm – 3:30pm Parent / Guardian Pick up at Muskoka Lumber Community Centre, Bracebridge
