Summer Training for Junior Pro Hockey Players – Apply Now

The Junior Pro Program is built for advanced players U16 + who are preparing for junior, college, or entering into professional hockey. It bridges the gap between the Elite Academy and the NHL Camp, matching the Muskoka Hockey standard while introducing the pace, structure, and expectations of a pro environment. Players train daily under NHL mentorship with a focus on skill execution, decision-making, and compete level.

    • Game Simulation: 3v3 drills emphasizing speed and decision-making under pressure.

    • Hydration & Nutrition Talk: Emphasis on fueling for performance and recovery.

    • Shooting Under Fatigue: Conditioning shooting drills at the end of the session.

    • Endurance Training: Treadmill or rowing intervals.
    • Team Building Activity: Bonding exercises to build team cohesion and mental resilience.

    • Small Area Games: 2v2 in tight spaces to improve quick decision-making.
