The Junior Pro Program is built for advanced players U16 + who are preparing for junior, college, or entering into professional hockey. It bridges the gap between the Elite Academy and the NHL Camp, matching the Muskoka Hockey standard while introducing the pace, structure, and expectations of a pro environment. Players train daily under NHL mentorship with a focus on skill execution, decision-making, and compete level.

His methods address both the physical and mental demands of elite hockey, guiding players on handling stress, adversity, and a growth mindset.
